Send us the product debug logs
If you’re having an issue with a RadBlue product, click the Export Debug button located on the debug log screen. A debug.zip file is generated that contains all of the debug files we need to troubleshoot your issue. Send this file to us along with a description of what you were trying to do at the time the error occurred, so we can start working on your issue right away.
